HOW TO BOOK
- Consult in the searcher the availability of our lodgings according to the criteria you used to search. Make your choice and fill in the form with your personal data. After you complete it, you have to choose the payment mode (Paypal or Bank Transfer) and follow the instructions indicated to pay the established percentage of the total price of the lodging.
- The booking confirmation will be immediate through out Paypal. In case of Bank Transfer, once we check the payment reception, we will confirm the reservation and block the dates related to your stay. At this stage, the contractual relationship will be established between client and owner.
- The client will receive by e-mail a booking confirmation attaching the reservation and contact person details, who will charge the remaining percentage on arrival in the handing of keys, as well as the deposit or other additional taxes if it would proceed.
- Guests have to reach the age of majority and accept our/and those peculiar of the owner conditions.
- Ask for special prices if you need to settle down for a long stay and give a look to those apartments offering discounts.
CONDITIONS
1-CANCELLATION
- Guests expressly recognize that the contracted accommodation does not constitute their habitual home and will be able only use it for the agreed period.
- No changes or cancellations are accepted if have not been confirmed by e-mail.
- The prepayment, it won't be refunded under any concept.
- Cancellations which have been paid entirely before your arrival are subject to the following charges:
- More than 90 days before the arrival: 20% of the total amount.
- Among 60-89 days before the arrival: 30% of the total amount.
- Among 31-59 days before the arrival: 50% of the total amount.
- Less than 30 days before the arrival: 100% of the total amount.
- In case of any modification, it will be considered like a new reservation and equally will be applied the mentioned conditions.
- Under unexpected circumstances (unscheduled building work or other serious damages), The Queen of Lodging reserves the right to translate the client to a similar apartment. In case of disagreement, the booking might be cancelled and the pre-payment fee will be refunded to the client.
- The Queen of Lodging is not liable for further claims, because of this, we recommended guests contract a travel insurance to cover any eventuality.
2-CHANGES IN THE NUMBER OF GUESTS
- Number of guests below the original number booked: the prior agreedprice, would be kept.
- Number of guests above the original number booked: it would have to adapt to the capacity of the lodging and guests would have to pay the extra amount required.
3-CHECK-IN // OUT
- The schedules of entrance and exit will be flexible and negotiable, whenever there are not previous or later reservations and is allowed by the reception service.
- Lodgings can be subject to extra charges for specials arrival/departure time.
- We will make all we can to fit you.
4-STAY RULES
- Guests, will comply with the rules of coexistence in community respecting the silence, starting at 22h pm to 9h am.
- The lodging will be clean before your arrival. Supplies (electricity, water, gas) and linen are included in the price.
- Please, during your stay in the apartment donīt waste unnecessary energy, making you sure that the conditioned air and lights are switched off when you leave the apartment.
- We thank you empty the daily litter and deposit it in the closer street rubbish containers.
- Keep always fully locked the main door when leave the apartment.
- Guests declare to cover any damages that could be caused during their stay due to an unsuitable usage, left the lodging in good conditions.
- If a refundable deposit is required, it will be returned on your departure, once we have carried out the checking and the owner find no damages.
- Any breach of contract will allow the owner the expulsion of the guests without being able to ask for any compensation.
- For whatever inconvenience, please consult the owner/or contact person, as well as any other additional services.
- Having concluded the stay and the client having the necessity to prolong it, he/she should contact us to process the administration in the same lodging if possible, or to help the client to look for another at his/her convenience.
- The Queen of Lodging is relieved of any slander or claim.
